History of the Company
KellPro, Inc. is a growing business that had its roots in the early 1980s when Mike Keller developed Purchasing/Payroll and Land Recording software for the LeFlore County Clerk in Poteau, Oklahoma. This software was also installed in a number of other small Oklahoma counties throughout the 80s and 90s.
In 1993, Tim Keller launched KellPro Computer Solutions. By 1999, over 80% of the counties in Oklahoma were using KellPro software for Purchasing, Payroll, Land Records Management, Court Management, and Inventory Control. Today, KellPro, Inc. employs over 40 customer support technicians, programmers and imaging service providers. We provide software and support to about 400 offices in Oklahoma and Texas. KellPro continues to innovate based on input from our customers and to search for opportunities to be of service to business leaders and officials in state, county and municipal governments.
Increased demand from the public for on-line access to public records has led to phenomenal growth of Internet based public search portals. KellPro has worked closely with county government clients to produce search sites that lead the country in providing access to county records.
Based on customer input, KellPro initiated an imaging services division in 2002 to handle the ever-growing need to digitize paper records. This department continues to grow, processing millions of images a year for both private sector and government offices.
Our mission is to provide quality software and highly effective technology solutions to make business, local, county, and state government leaders successful.
