Internet Records Publishing
KellPro's Internet Records Publishing Service allows those sites that are using our Court or Recording systems to put their records online for their constituents to access 24/7. We can help you provide a more visible, efficient means of providing access to the public records your office maintains through Internet Records Publication.
Many times, phone calls from the other county offices and state agencies to your office for records searches may be totally eliminated when you provide this service.
Below is a list of the options that we provide for the internet publication.
- Data — only the text data you have entered into your KellPro Recording System will be published.
- Data and images — all data as well as the document images matching that data will be published. Several configurations are available to help you manage end-user purchased images. Restricted information like social security numbers or tax id numbers can also be removed from documents.
- Plat maps — publish the county’s maps even if you don’t publish other data.
Other Benefits Included:
- Every office in the county can have a public access station into the KellPro Recording System data with only the cost of an Internet connection.
- Hosting plat maps allows people who commonly call with questions about plats to look up information themselves.
- Plats are displayed in very high resolution PDF files and each viewing of the plat can be charged at the same rate as normal copies.
- Design a survey to poll your users for their input about records publishing.
