Court System
The KellPro Court System was designed around automating the case management and cost collection functions for your office. Case Management
Each case entered is assigned a unique case number that allows all case information including the name of the defendant, the offense, the fine amount and the final disposition to be entered and tracked against that unique case number, but that is not the only means of finding information in this system. Information can also be retrieved by an individual’s name, citation numbers, outstanding warrants, social security or driver’s license numbers, or by a host of other options.
Cost Collections
The Cost Collections module can help raise revenue by tracking ordered payments and automates the issuing of notices, bench warrants, and tax intercept warrants when it is necessary, even charging the case accordingly.
Case Accounting
The Court Accounting module tracks all receipts and disbursements, produces all daily and monthly financial reports, also tracking statistical information throughout the quarter to produce your statistical report at the touch of a button.
Optical Imaging
The Optical Imaging module uses today’s high technology at low prices to scan case information and filings directly into each case to be viewed from any workstation, judge’s bench or public access terminal.
Other Features
A list of outstanding warrants is available to you at the touch of a button. Assign warrants to individuals and they are marked throughout the system as having an outstanding warrant until you recall it.
Bond Schedules
This module allows fees to be manually or automatically assessed to a case once an offense is specified. You also have the ability to enter and print receipts for a case, and track monies specified as both bond and non-bond. You can also track your receivables through our accounts receivable module. This powerful tracking ability culminates with reports that display cases with outstanding balances and bond amounts.
