Fines and court costs are easily assessed and tracked within each case. The court accounting functions provides tracking for all receipted monies. Financial disbursements are made automatically to an unlimited number of disbursement categories as monies are collected. Detailed daily and monthly financial reports are available on demand. Bond schedules allow fees to be manually or automatically added to cases. Statistical information is also tracked as case information is entered and processed, providing easy access to statistical reporting at the touch of a button.

Cost Collections
Efficient cost collections is tightly integrated into case management and can help increase revenue by tracking delinquent payees and automating the issuing of notices, bench warrants or tax intercept warrants when necessary. Additional fees due based on cost collection processes can be automatically charged against the case.

Optical Imaging
Every user across the network can have instant access to all case documents without leaving their desk. Easily scan case information and filings directly into each case to be viewed from any workstation, judge’s bench or public access terminal. Archive case files to CD, DVD or off-site storage to assure the safety of valuable case documents.

Other Features
Electronic reporting to DPS/DMV, integration with other accounting or law enforcement software and electronic submissions of fees owed to state income tax agencies are just a few of the integration functions built into the system.
